Privacy policy

This describes, in plain language, what happens to information submitted through nemiora.com. It covers this website only — not any future Nemiora product, which will have its own policy once it exists.

Last updated 31 July 2026.

What this site collects

Nothing, right now. There is no signup, contact or interest form linked from any page on nemiora.com that you’d reach through normal browsing, and nothing is collected automatically — this site doesn’t ask you for anything.

Two forms, Register interest and Contact, exist in the codebase and would still work if reached by a direct link, but neither is linked from this site today. For completeness, if you were to reach and submit one directly:

  • Register interestasks for your name, work email, organisation, role, industry, organisation size, the problem you’re trying to solve, your areas of interest and preferred contact method.
  • Contact asks for your name, email, subject and message.

Both require you to actively agree, via a checkbox, before the form can be submitted.

How it’s used

If you do reach and submit one of the two forms above, its contents are sent by email, directly to the Nemiora team. That email is used solely to read and respond to what you submitted. Your submission is not written to a database, CRM or marketing list by this website — the email itself is the record.

No automated confirmation or receipt email is sent back to you when you submit — a response, if any, comes directly from a person on the Nemiora team, using the contact details you provided.

What this site doesn’t do

  • No cookies are set, and no analytics or tracking scripts run on this site.
  • No advertising networks or third-party trackers are embedded anywhere on the site.
  • Your information is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.
  • You are not added to a mailing list or newsletter by submitting a form.

Who else handles it

Two infrastructure providers are involved in getting a form submission to us and this site in front of you:

  • Resenddelivers the email generated by a form submission to the Nemiora team’s inbox.
  • Vercel hosts this website and serves its pages to your browser.

Server logs for form submissions record only a request reference, which route was used, and an outcome — deliberately never the content of your submission, your email address, or any other personal detail.

Abuse prevention

To limit spam and automated abuse, form submissions are rate-limited by IP address. The IP address itself is never stored: it is salted and hashed before use, held only in server memory for a short window, and discarded — it is never written to disk or logged in identifiable form.

Your rights

If you haven’t submitted the Register interest or Contact form by direct link, we don’t hold anything about you. If you have, and would like to know what we hold or have it deleted, submit that same form again with your request and we will act on it. If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data protection rights (for example, the UK or EU GDPR), those rights apply to information you submit here in the ordinary way.

Changes to this policy

This site and what it collects may change as Nemiora develops. This page will be kept up to date with what the site actually does, not a template written in advance of it.
